DO YOU DO PAYMENT PLANS?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Paying before project completion gets you a discount, otherwise I have options to pay monthly, or biweekly until the invoice is paid.

DO YOU HAVE A REFUND POLICY?

Accepted Answer

Yes and no. I do not reimburse for work that has already been completed, but you can decide to cancel a project. BUT if you refer me to someone who books after we've completed your project I refund $100 to you as a thanks.

CAN I EDIT THE DELIVERABLES FOR MY PROJECT?

These are base deliverables that do not change. After designing for many clients I know what you need for launch. If you’d like to add things, we talk about this in your discovery call and look into booking a rest day for extra assets.

DO YOU WORK INTERNATIONALLY?

Of course! For international clients I take payments through WISE and we work to find a time to chat that works for our time differences.

ARE THERE ANY SNEAKY COSTS I SHOULD EXPECT?

Not from me. Sometimes you need to license a font, website domain, or buy some stock photos.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFORE I BOOK?

Branding Clients: Make sure you have ideas! A general vibe and knowing your client can get us to your final product. Website Clients: You’ll need to make sure you have the copy and images ready for your site. I can leave empty spaces if you need them, but then you are responsible for filling these in at the end.Rest Day Clients: I’ll need project based information. Packaging? I’ll need die lines and product info. Business cards? Contact info! Pretty much any text or images.
